As a Workshop Technician, your role is to consistently carry out high-quality services and sales that guarantee your customers’ satisfaction, while promoting and advocating for a sustainable and safe use of their sports equipment. This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:
Maintenance, Repair, and Personalization Services – Take the lead in assisting customers with the maintenance, repair, and personalization of their sports equipment.
Customer Satisfaction – Ensure the satisfaction of your customers and build loyalty across all channels by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them.
Sales and Operations – Help our customers with their sports journey through visual merchandising, store layouts, store campaigns, and excellent customer experiences.
What we are looking for
Who You Are
You are a passionate cyclist (Moutain Bike, Road Bike, Gravel)
You have an experience in doing bike repairs (Bike Mechanic, Fitness Equipment)
You have a customer service mindset
